Thermostable Phytase

Description

Thermostable Phytase is a highly efficient 6-phytase. Feed ingredients contain amounts of phosphate. However, phosphorus from plant phosphate is usually less digestible than inorganic phosphorus added to diet. Bestzyme thermostable phytase greatly breaks down phosphate, releases plant phosphorus, and reduces both feed costs and enviromental impact.

Definition of Activity: One unit of phytase activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmol of inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L of sodium phytate solution at pH 5.5 and 37℃.

Storage

Store in a dry, ventilated, cool, pollution-free place, avoid high temperature storage. If it is not used up after opening, please keep it sealed.

Shelf life: The shelf life is 12 months under the original package.


Safe use

Enzymes are proteins that have a certain sensitization to specific populations. Some enzymes may have irritant effects on the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Inhalation or exposure to enzyme dusts and enzyme mists should be avoided. Wear appropriate work clothes, gloves and goggles during operation to avoid splashing and vigorous stirring to prevent enzymatic dust and enzyme mist from being produced.
