The SuperAA Tex Series wide-temperature desizing enzyme rapidly and randomly hydrolyzes the α-1,4 glucosidic bonds in starch molecules, quickly liquefying and degrading the starch slurry to produce soluble dextrins. This product is primarily used in textile desizing and demonstrates excellent adaptability at both medium and high temperatures, making it suitable for various fabric desizing processes.
● A typical wide-temperature desizing enzyme that performs well between 50-100°C, suitable for both general medium-temperature desizing processes and high-temperature steam processes above 90°C, offering superior adaptability compared to conventional desizing enzymes.
● Broad pH range, stable and effective within pH 4.5-7.0, with optimal performance at pH 5.0-6.5.
● No additional NaCl required, reducing environmental impact.
● Low enzyme dosage, helping enterprises reduce enzyme costs.
BE 072 Hydrogen Peroxide Enzyme for Textiles rapidly reacts with hydrogen peroxide to generate water and oxygen. Hydrogen peroxide is widely used as a pre-treatment bleaching agent for cotton-based fabrics. When fabrics are dyed after pre-bleaching, any remaining hydrogen peroxide must be effectively removed. Otherwise, it can cause issues like color differences between batches, poor reproducibility, and uneven dyeing, which negatively impact dye quality. Hydrogen peroxide enzyme quickly and completely decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, with no effect on fibers or reactive dyes.
● Good batch-to-batch color tone reproducibility.
● Eliminates uneven dyeing.
● Environmentally friendly.
● No need to add chemicals.
● Simplifies the process.
● Significantly reduces water usage.
● Shortens reaction time, increasing production efficiency.
● Safe and easy to use.
