The FastLIQ® series of high-temperature resistant amylases are produced through deep liquid fermentation and refined processing. These enzymes rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glucosidic bonds in starch molecules, causing a significant reduction in the viscosity of the starch slurry, which is known as "liquefaction." This process produces relatively uniform short-chain dextrins and a small amount of oligosaccharides. The product is widely used in the liquefaction process of starch sugar production.
● Excellent high-temperature tolerance: The enzyme remains highly active even at spray temperatures of up to 110°C.
● Good acid tolerance: It maintains stable catalytic efficiency at pH as low as 5.0, with typical application pH ranging from 5.4 to 5.8.
● Low calcium dependency: No additional calcium ions are needed when using tap water or underground water in production.
The LiqFINE® series of acid-resistant amylases are produced through deep liquid fermentation and refined processing. These enzymes rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glucosidic bonds in starch molecules, causing a significant reduction in the viscosity of the starch slurry, a process known as "liquefaction." This produces uniform short-chain dextrins and a small amount of oligosaccharides. The product is suitable for use in the liquefaction process of starch-based raw materials in starch sugar production and fermentation industries (such as amino acids and citric acid).
● Excellent heat resistance: Can withstand spray temperatures of over 120°C.
● Excellent acid tolerance: Maintains good liquefaction performance even when the liquefaction pH drops to 4.8.
● Uniform short-chain dextrin molecules: The uniformity of the dextrins enhances the glucose content in subsequent saccharification and improves fermentable sugar content, aiding in higher fermentation yields.
● Low calcium dependency: No additional calcium ions are needed when using tap water or underground water in production.
The HighDEX® series of highly efficient blended glucose amylases are composed of high-activity glucose amylase and a pullulanase with broad pH adaptability and excellent thermal stability, combined in an optimal ratio. The pullulanase rapidly hydrolyzes the α-D-1,6 glucosidic bonds in liquefied starch to produce linear dextrins. The glucose amylase quickly hydrolyzes the α-D-1,4 glucosidic bonds in liquefied starch and can also slowly hydrolyze the α-D-1,6 glucosidic bonds to produce glucose.
● Suitable for producing glucose with a DX > 96%.
● Broad pH adaptability, enhancing operational flexibility.
● Saccharification can be performed at higher dry solids concentrations.
● Minimal reverse reactions.
