Keratinase

Description

Keratinase is a compound protease, which contains disulfide reductase, polypeptide hydrolytic enzyme and other active components. Keratinase catalyzes peptide bond and hydrolyzes protein into peptone, hydrazone, polypeptide and amino acid. As a kind of alkaline serine protease, keratinase not only has the function of normal alkaline protease, but also efficiently can break down disulfide bond and disintegrate keratin.

Benefits

  • Wide range of effects in pH, play a high enzyme activity in the intestinal environment of pH6.0-7.5.
  • Independent research and development advantages of strains, through intellectual property management system certification, to maintain R & D at the leading level in the industry.
  • Intelligent factory with ISO9001, ISO22000 and FAMI-QS system certification, and its product performance is stable.

Application

  • Effectively degrade antinutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitors and plant lectins, which are beyond the ability of trypsin and chymotrypsin.
  • Open disulfide bonds, good degradation effect on alcohol soluble protein and keratin containing disulfide bonds, and can better utilize feed materials such as sorghum, miscellaneous meal, corn protein powder and feather powder.
  • Improve the degree of protein hydrolysis, the proportion of small soluble molecule proteins and the digestibility of amino acids in feed ingredients.

Safe use

Enzymes are proteins that have a certain sensitization to specific populations. Some enzymes may have irritant effects on the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Inhalation or exposure to enzyme dusts and enzyme mists should be avoided. Wear appropriate work clothes, gloves and goggles during operation to avoid splashing and vigorous stirring to prevent enzymatic dust and enzyme mist from being produced. More information on the safe use of the product can be found in the product MSDS file, which can be obtained from Bestzyme.
